Nightly: $95 + tax
Weekly: $450 + tax
Monthly: $1,450 + tax

√ We require a 50% deposit at time of booking your reservation.
√ The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
√ If your reservation starts within 14 days of booking, we require 100% payment upon making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
√ If you cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to check-in.
√ No refunds if you cancel your reservation within 14 days prior your arrival.

Thank you for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay here in the warm sunny weather. Spent a couple days birding in Cave Creek Canyon, Portal and soaking in the relaxed atmosphere.
