We offer a Smart TV with Roku streaming channels.  Major networks like ABC, NBC and CBS plus other streaming channels are available.

The RV Site is satellite friendly if you have satellite.  No TV stations can be picked up over the air here.

Most cell phones do work at Valley Vista Getaway.  Verizon and US Cellular cell service  seem to work the best.

However, sometimes when you use Verizon you need to connect to the WiFi.

The Valley Vista Getaway house and the RV site are stand alone units.

The hosts live in a house on the west end of the property about 350 feet away from the rental home.

* Due to close proximity, the Valley Vista House and RV Site will not be rented at the same time unless folks are traveling together and wish to rent both at the same time.

WiFi is available in the house, observatory and the RV Site.

15 Mbps - You should be able to access most content without issue and play games online without any noticeable delay.  You'll be able to utilize things like video conferencing but this speed can become bogged down when multiple users put a lot of strain on it.

Arizona - During daylight saving time, Arizona will be 1 hour behind New Mexico.  Arizona does not observe daylight savings,

Valley Vista Getaway house and observatory are smoke free.  You can smoke outside.

Smoking is allowed in your camper.

Please pick up any butts you throw on the ground and put them in the ashtray on the table on the porch.

There is a 50 AMP RV outside outlet plug-in that can be used to charge electric vehicles.  You will need to bring your own adapter.

1)  Sorry, there is no picnic table available.
2)  No bathrooms available except in your camper.
3) No fire allowed.  The New Mexico Bootheel is extremely dry and susceptible to wild fires.
4)  No laundry available.  The Mountain Valley Lodge and RV Park on Hwy 80 in Rodeo opens their laundry for community use.  It's a small laundry (only one washer and one dryer).  It's open daily from 10 AM - 8PM.
